Meet Our Team
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Trauma, graduating with honors from Walden University. Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management. With over two decades of experience in the helping profession, I'm dedicated to aiding individuals in overcoming their obstacles, aiming to guide them from distress to a more optimistic state.
My expertise involves offering clinical support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), individuals experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and working with young adults, families, and multi-system involved youth who have experienced years of trauma.
I believe everyone deserves a nurturing space to confront life's challenges and embark on the path to healing. My approach fosters a safe and secure environment for clients to share their narratives and navigate their healing journey. Through collaboration, I empower clients to craft their own life stories, leveraging their strengths to enhance emotional well-being and enact positive changes.
My clients have described me as personable, informed, non-judgmental, direct, and down-to-earth.
